I also cannot stress enough the importance of a true gun belt if you choose to carry on the waistband. This is especially important if you carry a heavy .45ACP like I do. I didn’t think this was important at first but eventually ate my words after trying both a generic dress belt and then a true gun belt. I recommend a wide, multi layer gun belt specifically made for carrying.

I would recommend the wilderness tactical belts for carry. They are durable and strong, and very comfortable.

I agree 100% as I also carry a full size 45auto. I have a nice looking black leather gun belt that I got from High Noon Holsters that actually looks good with a western style buckle I added. NO ONE even noticed it’s a gun belt, not even my cop friends. High Noon’s belts are awesome and mean for full time use.
